At Drive Global Network PTE. LTD., we prioritize your satisfaction with the International Driving Permits (IDPs) we issue. Global Acceptance Guarantee or Full Refund!

If the IDP you purchase from Drive Global Network is not recognized in any of the listed countries on our website, we will refund your payment in full—guaranteed!

To claim your refund, simply contact our support team through chat, email, or phone, and provide the necessary documentation proving that the IDP was not accepted. We’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Eligible situations:


Receive Your Digital IDP Within 8 Minutes or Your Money Back!

Once we’ve received your completed application and documents, you’ll receive your Digital IDP and order confirmation email within two (2) hours, or within twenty (20) minutes for express processing orders.

If we fail to meet our delivery time frame, you’ll be entitled to a full refund.

This guarantee applies only when the application is fully complete and the documents are approved. Incomplete or incorrect applications are not eligible for this guarantee.

Eligible situations:


Unlimited Free Replacements

We offer unlimited free replacements for your IDP as long as it is valid. We will cover all costs, including shipping.

Replacements will be sent to the original shipping address provided in your order. If you wish to change the shipping address, please refer to the next section.

Eligible situations:

If you would like to upgrade your shipping method or change the shipping address, the printing and IDP issuance costs will be covered by us. However, shipping fees will be your responsibility.


Not traveling or changed your mind? We offer a 30-day refund guarantee.

If you decide not to go through with your order, you can cancel it within two (2) hours of placing the order and receive a full refund.

If you cancel after the two-hour window, a 15% printing and handling fee will be charged. Shipping fees are not refundable once your order has been shipped.

This refund applies only if your IDP has not been refused by traffic authorities or car rental agencies. It also applies if you are unable to provide supporting documentation proving that your IDP was rejected.

Upgrades Are Non-Refundable

Please note that upgrades are non-refundable. Once an upgrade has been processed, it cannot be undone or refunded.

Upgrades are excluded from our 3-year money-back guarantee.
